Our default account type works as simply as you'd expect;

That's it, we have no idea that you've submited your account ID to anexample.website, they checked your account ID against a local/offline copy of the latest download of account IDs that have passed "robust age verification" and that's all there was to it.

No signing in, no HTTP referrer logs, no API handshakes, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no Personal Data.

Case #2: Paid Account

Things are a little different if you have a paid account.

Paying for your Account	Nothing	Your name, your postcode, your email address	Nothing

Because our payment processor requires your name (because it's on your credit card), your postcode (because it's part of the security checks) and your email address (to send you a receipt) we can see that information in our account on their website.

This information is not sent to or stored on the over18.uk servers.

As with the Temporal account we still have no idea that you've submited your account ID to anexample.website, they checked your account ID against a local/offline copy of the latest download of account IDs that have passed "robust age verification" and that's all there was to it.
